Gals from our St. Gianna Bible study spent an evening at a local nursing home a few weeks ago. We smiled, chatted, gave hand massages, & painted nails. It was such a wonderful time!
We met so many wonderful women (and a few men). Some told great stories, some asked lots of questions, & others just sat trying to smile. She told me that she spoke seven languages!!!
We brought family photos, drawings from our kids, a St. Gianna holy card, & a lot of TLC.
It was so easy to prepare for & so appreciated!
I hope that we do it again soon & I hope someday that someone might take that same care for me or my loved ones.
