Darren & I were GodTeen sponsors this year for the first time. We had 20 Freshmen that came to our home every Wednesday to learn more about our Faith. It was awesome! I forgot how much I love high schoolers. :)
To celebrate a year well done, we went out with the rest of the team to Granite City. *Yum!* We bid farewell to Fr. Lee... we'll miss him. It was so nice to have another good college friend at our parish; & even better that he is now a priest serving the Church. What a gift!
and to James & Renee who's GodTeens graduated this year after being with them for four years. It seems like such a long time, but this year absolutely flew by. We are so blest to have them in our lives. I only wish we would have agreed to it sooner!
