I've started helping out once a month with an Art Club at our parish school. We're split into two groups: 3-4 graders & 5-8 graders.
I get to enjoy the younger group when I volunteer. There are lots of kids!!! I can't believe how many kids I know, even though Andrew's not that big yet. Most of them I know through our parish mom's group... but I think of them as 3 years old, not 3rd graders! Time flies.
It gets a little crazy & some are very obviously more into it than others. But it is so fun to see their creations! We've decorated t-shirts, made print stencils, sculpted with Model Magic (cool stuff!), & decorated these eggs for Easter so far. These are some photos from our egg decorating.
We'll see what next week has in store!
